Rep. Harkins Meets with Stratford and Bunnell High School Students at State Capitol

Six Stratford and Bunnell High School students and their two adult chaperones discussed issues ranging from the state budget deficit to unfunded state mandates and their effects on the town with state Representative John A. Harkins during a visit to the state capitol Wednesday, March 4th.
